At the risk of being accused of "soft bashing", I

I ask because while SAAS revenue did increase both Q3 and 4 from their respective prior quarters, OD revenue decreased from Q3 to Q4. This resulted in total digital revenue decreasing from Q3 to Q4. I was a bit surprised by this result because in the Q2 (or Q1?) 2021 earnings call, Rory (when asked about when we would start to see meaningful revenue numbers) I believe stated something like "....Q3 and particularly Q4). His response was also careful to note that this assumed $0 from Market. So when Q3 total digital revenue was so strong, I was hoping Q4 would be equally as strong if not even stronger, but it actually declined (again due to OD). I would note though that SAAS did increase slightly from Q3.
In the 4th quarter/annual earnings release, they don't specifically give you the 4th quarter numbers so you have to back into them by taking the annual and subtracting out the other quarters so maybe I made a mistake (although I doubt it as I'm fairly good with numbers). I actually made my only little chart that has each quarter of 2020 and 2021 and it's somewhat interesting. SAAS continually increases except that 2020 Q3 was so strong, it resulted in Q4 2020 and Q1 2021 show decreases. OD on the other hand, kind of goes up and down randomly which results in ups and downs in total digital as well.
Anyway, I've always been confused (as I'm not a tech guy) by the difference between SAAS, digital, other digital, etc. By the way, sometime within the last year, I have reached out to both VERB and IR with this same question, and did not receive a reply.
