If there was a royalty, it would be in the filing. I read the filings and I didn't see it. Now it could have been in invisible ink so I can't say 1000% there isn't a royalty, but because I didn't see it and the percent split changed to about what I would assume the royalty would have been, I'm going with...
No Royalty
Now if the pandemic is over like JPimplePopper and others claim, then it might be tough sledding this year with reduced revenues but Todos does have many outs. I like the hand and the odds.
