They don't have to let us know they are in a quiet period. My guess is that staff have their hands full with moving the company through what is probably a very complicated time and have been getting absolutely inundated with emails from shareholders. Is there even anybody at the company tasked with IR? I've only gotten replies from Nader in the past and I stopped getting those as the stock's popularity increased.
It would be different if we had an outside investors' relation firm we could contact, then I would expect a reply, but expecting folks at Cytodyn who are very busy with their real jobs to deal with an email inbox overflowing with shareholder's questions is probably much too much to ask.
