Hey Hulk. Happy St. Paddy's Day! These 3 people are all highly skilled in deal making and preparing companies to be bought/sold/go public.
I am talking about bringing back Brendan Rae who, according to his bio on the CYDY website: "brings a wealth of experience in business development and licensing to the company from both pharma and biotech. Dr. Rae started his licensing and business development career at Roche and has a proven track record of success in the biotech industry during his tenure at VIA Pharmaceuticals, Arrowhead and NPS which was acquired by Shire in 2015 for $5.4 B."
Also Antonio Migliarese: "Mr. Migliarese has had various positions with increasing responsibilities since joining the Company on January 16, 2020. He has a wide array of experience including strategic planning, FP&A, SEC reporting, internal controls, process improvement, IT, preparing companies to go public, treasury, and debt, equity and M&A transactions."
And, of course, Tanya Urbach: "Ms. Urbach is currently Partner/Head of Family Office for Eagle Bay Advisors, which provides family office and investment advisory services, and also provides corporate governance and corporate finance advice to Dynepic, Inc., which provides an integrated platform to power immersive training programs for companies and U.S. military forces. From November 2020 through March 31, 2021, Ms. Urbach was a sole practitioner advising broker-dealers, investment advisers and their professionals."
