CWRN has repeatedly said they will not dilute-Nov 17 PR says have not diluted since 2010 and every PR has been pointing out that there are no stock option programs,no convertibles,no warrants,none of the dilution schemes that are so common at this pps-because CWRN has substantial net income and is growing via that self generated income and Bao's generosity in paying for shipments before shipped.
