The point was that CYDY doesnt really have any ability to "compromise". Its not like they are holding any cards with regard to the FDA. What you call compromise, i call compliance with FDA demands. My kids have an open line of communication with me and they may think they have a compromise with me, but ultimately I hold all the cards and whatever i do is about molding them into the young people they should be. That is IMO what the FDA is doing with CYDY.

You can disagree with my parenting but its my kids and family. You can disagree with the FDA but they (and the law/regulations) say we are in their family and we will have to follow their guidance. Right/wrong/manipulated/gamed/controlled... whatever. It is what it is and Mom aint coming to overrule Dad. CYDY might hold a grudge for the rest of their life and always bellyache about Dad(FDA), but we will always live in their house and as such will have to follow his rules no matter how screwed up the rules may be. Only once we become successful and start paying for Dads vacations will Dad change the rules to our favor, just like big brother Pfizer and Gilead (who are beating us up with their friends down the street when mom aint lookin')
