There is no "gun" being pointed at CYDY's management. There's an open line of communication between CYDY and the FDA, and I believe ER's suggestion of a compromise makes the most sense, especially when you couple that with the termination of the CEO who made the remarks that the FDA took issue. There's no longer a need for a video with his retraction.
