Pestell: why would he be anywhere on our updated website? Sure, he’s in our history but who chose to put him back in the spotlight especially since he’s been such a troublemaker and thorn in Cydy’s side?
His wage lawsuit has been dismissed with prejudice but other parts are still ongoing and we have a counterclaim. Bench trial in April. Anyone want to speculate on worst case scenario with all things Pestell based on what is left of this lawsuit?
