My rethink of the sudden release of NP says he was let go after the board found out about some things that were unsavory and SK was demoted because there was suspicion that he was aware, but not culpable.
Fortunately a deal prospect materialized providing a convenient excuse to go into silent mode.
Regardless of any deals, isn't the Company required to update shareholders in the quarterly ER?
