Morning USS Johnston,
I do all this from memory, not meticulous notes, and my memory is far from perfect, but here's what I recall. Others please correct where needed.
-Pestell was CEO (?) when I started my position in 2017-2018.
-He sold us a Prostrate Cancer test from his company Prostagene that was to be our first small pathway to revenue, Trouble is, it didn't work.
-He stalled beginning our cancer trials for 18 months
-He went into a meeting repping us with the FDA, where he blind-sided Cytotdyn, by announcing to the FDA that our trial design was flawed. Ooops.
-He was fired for cause, and Nader came back as CEO.
-He joined a lawsuit, that settled, accusing Nader and Kelly of enriching themselves. Nader and Kelly gave back shares to avoid messy court proceedings
-He is plaintiff against Cytodyn attempting to get a large chunk of shares he thinks were owed to him when he was fired with cause, I think someone posted that the case has been active lately
-He was a key player in the failed 13D takeover plot
-He has mighty fine duck sicking lips
-and now he's in 7 of 9 "Useful Links" on our webpage, I'm not at all sure if that means anything.
