I am just guessing that if NP obtained funding with misinformation in the mix it might explain his departure. It might also explain why latest deal included restructuring previous ones. I don't know how much money Amarex cost Paulson or what part Paulson might play in any settlement, if any. Appears they have settled with NP & CYDY.
No clue about the legalities, but in CYDY land Paulson has considerable leverage. They may figure a few boards may need to be nailed down before we go looking for dance partners. Potential partners may feel the same way.
If Samsung was paid with Paulson money who is the lead dog. IDK, but I do believe bringing the Amarex debacle to an end will enhance our bargaining position.
