Ignoring them is one avenue...but, countering absolute garbage claims...that refuse the science is another...propaganda bullshit NEEDS to be challenged...point ...counterpoint.
Not challenging them allows the posting to remain unchanged...and in the minds of many... perhaps couches some truth.
