I haven't seen any new ones, I was referring to those from 2020.
Those 13Ds from 2020 are dangerous. I believe those are the same group that Gerald was referring to in tweets in 2020 or early 2021 who wanted the Todos stake in exchange for debt relief. If that is the extent of the threat, I can live with that, but that could cause a cascade.
Given the O/S has increased significantly since those 13D's were filed, I am curious if those groups have continued to accumulate common stock to maintain their collective %. $17.8M is signed up for Reg A conversion. GC was reluctant to trade away the AMBS todos stake in the past, but now, we are only an 8% stake in Todos. So maybe now is a good time to trade. Could be seen as a re-evaluation event for Todos as if they all moved together it would value TOMDF at $222M. and still achieves much for AMBS through debt relief, which these companies would then profit from through their common share ownership of AMBS.
