Not being a Lawyer, this IZ what I understand from Mr.Google.....
First an SEC Gag Order is usually only implied after sanctions & IZ a Lifetime Ban....which some Law entities are trying to get Overturned due to the First Amendment of FREE Speech......just look up the Ex XEROX Executive as it's going on 2 DECADES.....
Secondly the other scenario IZ issued by a Judge, either in Civil or Criminal Cases....& if that Gag Order IZ Violated then said individual IZ then in Contempt which usually means some type of JAIL TIME.....
Following that Logic & our ceo's cryptic message which he doesn't want to go to jail & NEITHER DO I.....I have to Believe it was Judge Imposed....
And by the Latest Lawsuit filed against GNBT, around August of 2021 EYEZ have to Think that this IZ why it was imposed as it has to do with GNBT Uplist to the NAZ....
So since NU NU is NOT a stand alone entity then the Gag Order would be applied to that Entity Also.....
Now anyone who has ever had to deal with the Court System know that it can be dragged out....because I have to BELIEVE spending more than a Minute in a Cell IZ way to LONG....
Just MY 2 cents worth and again what I understood from what I read provided by Mr. Google.....!!!!!
