Good point, it’s not like a potential partner calls and shows interest but wants Nader fired so they immediately fire Nader. Would they offer Nader his job back if the partnership does not happen?
So, as far as Nader getting fired, it must be solely due to investors telling the board wanting action due to how 2021 ended. Could be Welch does not like Nader and enough was enough. The good thing is that if there was some really serious problem with what was going on under Nader’s watch, we would have heard of it by now.
I do still feel the silence is due to some partner negotiations, dr Kelly was very clear that the next steps for cancer and Nash are with a partner. Cytodyn is not going alone and raising funds for the next trials.
I do feel the HIV BLA likely will not be submitted by the end of 1st quarter, that was a Nader timeline and the delay in getting the data from Amarex are good excuses. I don’t really care, as long as they get it right and we get a Pufta date from the FDA.
