Copy of a post I just made on iHub debunking nonsense from a newcomer who has onlt been following $SFLM for a few days and hasn't bothered to read the detail in the master DD:
Werbe. Incorrect - "hundreds of millions of shares" have not been added and otcmarkets.com is updated regularly. Read the Notes 6-7 in the Share Structure section of the master DD.
"Note 6: The 187.5M increase January 21 > February 9 was not significant to the long-term traders of $SFLM. 304M were traded in the 20 days concerned - including 52M + 71M + 82M + 51M on February 4-9 [256M in just those 4 days]. "
"Note 7: The 187.5M increase equates exactly to 3 x minimum $50K / 62.5M investments at the Public Offering."

These Public Offerings are necessary to bring in capital to increase the inventory to incresae the revenue. It worked out better than expected in 2021 with a 34.75% increase achieved against a target of 30%.
None of the increases affected the ability to get runs going - see Notes 1-5.
The Share Structure is updated at least monthly and in 2022 they have been updating it more frequently.
From my detailed observations, I agree with this hypothesis outlined early by bradenhead:
1) Investor spends $50k on Reg. A offering and gets 62.5 Millon shares @ .0008
2) Stealthily sells 62.5 Million shares at average .00145 for $90,625 return
3) Stacks $40,625 on bid @ .0013 average acquiring 31,250,000 shares
4) Original Reg. A investment recovered and now holds house shares.
Big players and institutional investors ALWAYS give consideration to risk management and capital preservation.
As I have posted, I hold a sizeable position but, I do not expect a sustained run until the absorption of both the newly unrestricted/converted shares and the freely tradeable Reg. A shares into the open market is completed. Then this jewel will run."
