While we are playing the “what if…” guessing game possibilities. Here is one that can easily be debunk by anyone who personally knows and has had face to face contact lately with Joseph Moscato.
Scenario:
What is/has been happening is a GNBT/NGIO version of the movie Weekend at Bernie's.
We know that Joe has some kind of medical condition (can’t remember what) that is/was serious.
Anyone can post pictures to Facebook, and they don’t have to be current photos.
Anyone can reply to an email or text or claim to go to Dubai.
Someone could mimic a person’s voice on a voice only phone call.
Joe is the main person, the driving force behind GNBT/NGIO. Everyone else are “bit” players.
If Joe was incapacitated (or worse), GNBT/NGIO would be in chaos.
Who would be legally in charge as acting CEO?
Who could legally sign off on the 10-K/Qs.
Who would run the day-to-day business?
Would the company want this mess made public?
Could this be the reason behind the “Great Silence”?
As I said, any trustworthy person on this board can confirm that they have personally had contact with Joe, face to face within the last week or so, to debunk this ridiculous scenario.
Someone please come forward.
