I think there is a lot of factors including where you live just being one.
When I look on Amazon, Tollovid daily they can sent overnight to me for free because I am a prime member. Max is 3 days. I'm assuming Todos is using Amazon's fulfillment meaning Amazon has all the warehouses to localize which is why the difference between daily and max times as stuff that sells faster they stock more of in their distribution centers.
When I order stuff not on Amazon or a large company, typically I'm happy if I get it in a week, which is about your timeframe. Sometimes you have the option for expedited shipping if you pay more which I rarely do.
I expect mytollvid can offer a better price most of the time because they aren't paying 25% or whatever the cut is to Amazon, but they will not have the same capacity that Amazon has for processing. An example is maybe Todos has daily pickup vs. Amazon that can ship soon after picked.
What is key for me is they tell you on checkout what the time frame is and stick with it or beat the dates. If I don't like the dates they estimate, then I consider other options or sites.
