I feel the same way, in terms of panning for gold. This company now does resemble a sewage stream, and what appeared to be potential gold likely turned out to be a used condom that has glitter in it.
At this point, I think there are so many people out there who are starved for information about these companies, that any rumor, innuendo, or implication is latched onto, like piglets on a sow. No matter how empty the actual reservoir of information, the solace comes from feeling attached to something, even if it is as useless for nourishment as a nipple on a football.
The fact that all of us here are able to log in, and wax enthusiastic or vexatious, earnestly or sarcastically, is an indication that this excrement of a company is not the primary source of our comfort, or even sustenance. It's Friday, it's sunny (here), and I will sleep tonight in a house with those I love. We are lucky, and the company is sucky. That's life.
P.S. I like NYD's conspiracies, just as much as I like hylander's daily hand-wringing and shaking his fist at the moon, and Retirement's often tranquil attitude. And I still can find mild amusement at my own gullibility when it comes to Joey and his promises to the "loyal shareholders." I just shake my head.
