How can a company that has a 1 billion dollar deal

How can a company that has a 1 billion dollar deal and then another 1.5 billion dollar deal and then multiple million dollar deals only have a PPS at .0714 and can't get NuGenerex on NASDAQ?
How can a company see multiple management level personnel leave when all these deals are in place?
How can a company not file a 10K or 10Q when it has billions in deals in place and millions in deals after those?
How can a CEO not provide any updates to the shareholders for months?
How can the shareholders be pushed into darkness for months and basically left on their own after being told over and over to fight for the company by the CEO?
Why can't we get any answers? It's literally been months and everyone has been clamoring for answers and no one, I mean no one can honestly provide an answer as to what is going on. That should be a crime with management concerning all the shareholders. This is not right, it is not fair and we all deserve to know the truth as to what the heck is going on. No speculation, but the truth. There is way to much money involved and management, someone needs to step up to the plate and tell the truth as to what is going on with Generex and NuGenerex and all the deals, all the science and all the products and let the chips fall where they may.
