As much as I hope this Property/Building deal is true, I would urge folks to remain cautious and let's all due some due diligence to ensure someone is not taking advantage of unsuspecting shareholders. Something just doesn't seem right. The company hasn't done diddly for 7 months & counting now, and all of a sudden this Property/Building deal shows up out of no where. Again, if things were so promising, company officials & lawyers would not be departing quietly. This almost brings back memories of another stock I was in where "fake" information was planted in order to manipulate the stock. Did someone get stuck with a lot of shares and now can't sell without a huge loss? Anyways, who knows. I remain cautiously optimistic. Be careful! GLTA!
