So, since the search turn up negative:
GNBT/NGIO is not, has not been/being investigated, as some on this board have implied.
OR
GNBT/NGIO is being investigated, but it is still non-public as all investigation start out as.
I have no idea which is correct.
As for a PR, if there is/was no investigation there is nothing to mention.
If there is an investigation, it would be non-public (since the public investigation search is negative) and if GNBT/NGIO mentioned the investigation in a PR, making it public, that would probably break the "Gag Order" since, from what I can tell, only the SEC can decide what can and cannot be made public.
