I hope both newbies and longs freely express their opinions and concerns and we get into good discussions. I do not believe in a board that only allows positive comments and believe there are others that believe the same. That is why I purposefully replied to this post as my first post as a moderator as it is an excellent post IMO.
I love the 1st sentence, clearly telling us that you sold out in the 8's. Wow, good for you. First thing that comes to my mind is are you considering buying back in now that we are at the 3's (barely).
Next piece of information is excellent information that no Q4 is needed and hits exactly on my pet peeve of people stating things as fact when they are wrong. This likely will continue to happen and I do not believe it is done on purpose; people just misinterpret Information. I think we are getting close to general agreement that no Q4 is needed. Everyone needs to be cautious believing what they read on a penny stock forums.
Now the post turns a bit negative, not sure about the 'Conglomerate` stories but sounds interesting. It does make sense Form 4 is needed for acquisitions and dispositions as stated and does make one wonder how things have transpired with no filings.
I also have a difficult time understanding how HRI and PPSI are so invisible. Can't say it is impossible but this is concerning at the least.
Doc does live in a modest house. I actually looked that up myself. I'm curious how you found out his mortgage, please let me know (PM is fine). I'm far from wealthy, and I also can't imagine having that mortgage at his age and proposed wealth.
I also don't understand the grand admiration. Maybe he built relationships years ago with these folks?
