UNVC Quartely / Annual reports
I sold out last year in the 8's as I no longer believed what was being spun as the UNVC to dollars story. I occasionally check back in to see if anything has changed besides the sinking price. I am astounded that "facts" are still accepted from some who have no idea about simple things like quarterlies and annuals.
There is no 4th quarter quarterly due on Feb 14, only an annual report on Mar31. No companies file 4 quarterly reports. 3 quarters and an annual are what is required. No one seems to have even taken the simple step of showing any company that has filed 4 quarters and an annual in a year. (because there aren't) Yet these are the people who have spun the stories of the "Conglomerate". (Univec Conglomerate being a name first conceived of on the other board before Doc used it after the SOS name forfeiture)
Also, regarding the lack of a Form 4 as proof Doc hasn't sold. Well Doc also didn't file a Form 4 when has share count decreased in the last quarterly. He also didn't file a Form 4 when he acquired the billion shares for $11,000 conversion. All acquisitions and dispositions must be reported on Form 4 regardless of how they are transacted or the reason for the transaction. Doc simply isn't filing them. Not hard to believe.
I have posted this before and it was dismissed. But I have a hard time believing that HRI and PPSI are billion dollar companies when there is no landline phone number for either. Only Doc's cellphone. No employees for either on Linkedin. Billion dollar company. No employees.
Doc the supposed multimillionaire CEO of the billion dollar conglomerate lives in a $500,000 house with a $280,000 mortgage. And runs the conglomerate with his cellphone.
I got out with a small profit. Still can't understand the adulation given to this guy. He toys with shareholders dreams and is lauded as some kind of humanitarian genius. I don't see it
