Some like to play victim card and pretend they don

Was wondering why this financial advisor was like that, as it sounded very amateur, only to find out, it was all a lie. He wasn't a financial advisor and scammed his way onto the call. How many investors were tricked by his scamming & pumps?
But then he wanted a do over. Gerald, I lost money in the stock market and I'd like it back. I didn't know this was a high risk. He thought if the threatened Gerald with his clown scorched earth act, he would have to give him his lost money back. Ahhh, that only works maybe at the Olive Garden.
Unfortunately the lies and racist hate help no one. Negativity triggers neuronal loss and your endoplasmic reticulum stress through the roof which creates a great environment for cancer to thrive. Ironically, MANF could be the cure to get it under control.
At one point the SEC called me out of the blue. I asked if they were investigating AMBS or Gerald. They said no. Said the company and the CEO were fine. So there are two agents that literally told me that on the phone which blows holes in the BS spewed for years by one. Oh, they recorded it to so it's on record.
They were very interested in talking to investors. Conversation quickly turned to bashers and they wanted names, phone numbers and addresses. I was thinking, that just takes me a minute to google, why don't you do it, but it wasn't too hard to figure out why they called and who they wanted. They said to give them a call any time.
Next time I talk to them I'm going to recommend this site:
https://nuwber.com/
If they need phone numbers and email addresses. Also useful when you look up financial companies and advisors
What I've learned is many stocks have nutjob Klingons. Always had, always will. If they don't, then some sites have to pay people to bash stocks, to get more posts, that drive ad revenue. I'm sure they get a laugh that idiots do their work for them for free.
BTW: The 'victim' hasn't learned anything. He's still pumping stocks and tricking others.

Here's the link to the Transcript of Amarantus BioScience Quarterly Update - November 18, 2013
It's the call where Gerald Commissiong, Dr. David Lowe, PhD and Dr. Adam Simon were on
As you can see on the transcript, the two 'Analysts' that called in were...
Jason Napodano – Zacks
John Petrosino – JWP Incorporated
One of the two financial analysts pleaded guilty to insider trading and was sentenced to 4 months in the fed pen in Otisville, NY
The other one hasn't been convicted yet of fraud, to my knowledge
Anyone that lost money on Amarantus I would think would have a good case if they were receiving financial advice from someone pretending to be a certified financial advisor
In the end, it really doesn't even matter. With Todos having great Phase II data with Tollovir and plenty of Tollovid success stories, no one is going to get in their way and Gerald and investors get the last laugh. Will it be hard to pull away from the OTC gravity, yes, but revenue is great rocket fuel. Don't uplist without it.
Best of health to all investors here. Not only is 2022 finally our year, but Todos may even get the world out of a pickle. Wouldn't that be something we all wish for asap.
