While It is true the company will be diluted 51% if Pasaca Capital takes over, the question one should be asking what does the QMC shareholder gain from that dilution..

- if just the anti-counterfeiting technology becomes a major produc for QMC, QMC most likely picks up two to 3 guarantee customers out of the gate, Innova Medicial Group and their partners Sinopharm and Xiamen Biotime that sell many multi billions of units yearly.

- an owner Pasaca Capital who gives QMC much easily access to other corporations products especially company's products out of China and the far east ( where the majority of the Pharmaceuticals are made)

- a partner Innova Medical Group who is assisting in the R&D to build the next generation of diagnostic test..

- a controlling owner Pasaca Capital that has access to R&D capital

- a controlling owner Pasaca Capital that will bring in experience and proven business and marketing individuals into company

- an controlling owner which can open hundreds of more doors though out the world which the current management has no access to.

As far as

Why can't they sell their QD microreactors to Samsung for a small % of production it would be income at least?

Apparently Samsung is not interested.
