You bring up a very interesting paradox.
The fear of never trading again vs the fear of further dilution.
One can only hope they if and when they start trading again when the need for cash arises the stock is trading at a level that minimum dilution will be needed.
My concern is if Pasaca takes over how deep the RS will be..
To address Rodman point when one owes some one 7 to 14 million dollars when they say jump you respond how hi.
Hopefully, QMC will fulfill the 15 million minimum Pasaca contract in full and beyond so that 7 to 14 million thy might owe and near turn future dilution is not an issue for quite some time.
