After reading your post a couple times, I really get the feeling these guys know where to put their money.
Nikola was an EV company that has mishaps earlier this year with their CEO and General Motors.
This show tremendous belief in the company to put that much money into a company that has had some public speed bumps.
This shows me that they believe that VERB has some real proprietary products that no one else has to put a favorable financing package for VERB going forward.
