September 27, 2021— Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ:NKLA) and Tumim Stone Capital LLC (Tumim) have entered into a second $300 million common stock equity line purchase agreement, providing Nikola the right to issue and sell to Tumim up to $600 million of Nikola's common stock in aggregate, subject to certain conditions and limitations.

I saw some other public deals, but not a lot. I like that they are very picky what they invest in. I also like that they were already invested in Verb before going in big time.
Was thinking one option Verb has would be to break out Market and Verb.TV from the rest of the business and show one is or soon to be profitable and the other in early state hypergrowth. At some point I believe they will spin off or at least create a sub as Market & Verb.TV massive growth potential may possibly overshadow the rest. Rory is already talking about 'sides' of the business. Great problems to have vs some companies that only have one horse in the race.
