If we are talking about 4th quarter Univec, Inc. that report has probably been done for 2 weeks or more. Doc did not reverse merge his private companies into Univec, Inc. in the 4th quarter of 2021 so, again it is very simple financials to get out, just as 3rd quarter. IMO, Doc is just sitting on them until the 28th so he can stay quiet.
Now, if it is the private companies 4th quarter we are talking about that is a much bigger matter. However, technically Doc does not need the 4th quarter financials from the private companies to reverse merge them into Univec, Inc. and launch the press leases. Doc could even apply to Nasdaq with just the 3rd quarter private numbers and then provide the updated 4th quarter financials to Nasdaq, that is straight from my Nasdaq lady contact. However Doc may choose to wait for those private 4th quarter numbers before he reverse merges and launches. That is his decision, he would know how close they are to completion. But, being privately held he has no time limit on completion so I would not be surprised if he launches with the 3rd quarter private financials, IMO.
