It all depends on how long it takes to compile the Q4 report and then for the lawyer to review and sign off on the report.
Financials usually take about 30 days to prepare, so yes I expect to see the Q4 Report between Jan 31 and Feb 14, 2022
January is a "strange month" as many people only returned to work on Tuesday January 4th and then it takes a few days to catch up after nearly 2 weeks or more of vacation, so very often the Q4 Financials take longer than expected.
We could see the Q4 Report closer to February 14, 2022
