This is the best type of financing in my opinion. You are basically selling shares at $3 if the lender wants within the next 1-12 months instead of discounted $1.10 or whatever. It's also not toxic spiral financing where the lender just shorts the sh-t out of the stock so they can get more shares or force the company to take even crappie deals for future funding, or put them out of business.
I thought I saw there are provision in the agreement so the company doesn't take crappy financing in the future.
You're seeing the stock now going up in after hours. Wouldn't surprised me if we are over $2 tomorrow since the 'concern' of dilution is put to bed and the company now as plenty o' money to launch market, Verb.TV etc. Now you know why the hiring floodgates have opened.
It will be interesting to see other larger investors knocking on the door now to say, I want that deal too!
