I am assuming the "If not" is referring to posting the $6.5M bond.
If CYDY isn't able to post this bond after having raised hundreds of millions over the years, then yes, I agree, we have a serious problem.
I sure hope the poster is right about the stock price rebounding on Monday simply from posting the bond this Friday.
