How does a former FDA reviewer mess up a BLA? Inc

I believe Amarex was shorts or BP ace in the hole. They somehow compromised the company/CEO Kazem Kazempour.
The NP email that was leaked by giving it to the court was done for one reason. To further tank the stock
That email was not only privileged (the blurb that it was private was included in the court documents) but HAD NO BEARING ON THE CASE!!!
It was inconsequential to the judges decision. Note that not only did Sidley attorneys not even address the email in any of their documents but neither did the judge.
Amarex attorneys also knew that email would NEVER come up again in court as it had nothing to do with whether the MSA had a clause that said Cytodyn must get their EDC and conduct an audit on request
How are those clauses affected in any relevant way by anything in NP email?
The fact is Amarex leaked it for one purpose which was to inflict more damage to Cytodyn
All this brings us to this week. I don't believe it's any coincidence that the SP is being attacked so heavily with over 60% short interest this particular week!
Guess what comes on Friday? Cytodyn must put up the $6.5 million Bond (which Cytodyn suggested as a good faith gesture until the arbitration which the judge said Cytodyn has a good chance of prevailing) as their part in the judgement. And on Monday Amarex is scheduled to begin handing over Master Trial data followed by an audit in February.
Without that Bond, I guarantee come Monday morning, Amarex attorneys will submit a motion that they don't have to hand over the data or submit to an audit as Cytodyn failed to put up the Bond
If you were Amarex or the powers that had compromised them, you would do everything in your power this week to stop that.
I predict this heavy drop in the share price will reverse by next Monday if Cytodyn makes the bond requirements this Friday.
If not, then the data isn't forthcoming, Cytodyn will appear insolvent and the end is near.
Hold the line!
