I think that makes sense matza! I always hoped Nancy Heinen would facilitate something between Apple and Verb when the time was right. As you point out Verb now has some mature technology that Apple would be interested. Quite possibly without her Apple would never have become aware of Verb, and of Dave Meltzer. As you say we will never know, but your version of events sounds quite possible.
