Don’t fall for it gesalt2. The Hulk is asking you to provide more doubt about a HIV BLA that may have no trouble. We never know how things will turn out with the FDA. We hired a great CRO to get us over the finish line on the BLA and Dr Ray is over seeing them. This bodes well for us. I feel the next attempt will be well prepared and we know the things that Amarex did not do even after being requested to as many as 4 times by the FDA. I am sure we have a list that we will have completed to the FDA’s standards. That’s what happens with a good CRO.
It’s funny that Hulk would say he agreed with you when you said the main problem was Amarex like we all mostly believe. Hulks view is it’s the management is all at fault or really any negative thing he can muster up in a soft bash. I think that’s why he wants you to dwell on a possible doubt of anything. It becomes more apparent every post just how negative Hulk is.
