It does make a lot of sense. I struggle to not get

Another poster posited CEO Kelly might be tempted w/ a buyout in the range of $500 million. I think that's absurdly too low. My range would be $5-10 billion. Relating this to the share count the low end would roughly equate to 20 cents per share to the high end of 40 cents per share. I'm game, how 'bout you?
Of course, that's a buyout. Or it could be a reverse merger. I'm not sure how they work exactly and negotiators could structure it lots of ways, I imagine. Accountants can be creative when they want to be. And we all know what lawyers can do. Big money has a way of influencing opinions.
Or maybe (MAYBE!) the big something is merely (MERELY!) that RecoveryRx has been made the Standard-of-Care (w/ insur coverage), widely adopted, for most hospital groups globally and we have arranged for a distributor with that kind of reach to handle the multitude of 100 packs. No problemo aqui, Senor.
KT Tape is working on putting other images on the package showing the product is appropiate for both genders and for all lifestyles; pro athlete, weekend warrior, etc. << credit: wishful thinking #282645, a.b. >> KT replied they were already working on it. There's no way KT would even consider doing that unless the product was selling very well. That being the case, it's a sure bet RRx will be enthusiastically adopted in surgery centers (ie - hospital groups) worldwide. If KT was willing to share that kind of info w/ a message board poster (no disrespect intended) then any and all of the decision makers in the field know all about how popular and effective this product is; FULL STOP.
I have stated in previous posts about a buyout offer taking place after RRx has been established w/ possible insurance coverage. I have also put forth that a deep-pocketed corp, w/ the imagination to see what Bioelectronics is and where it is going, could easily make a bold move before that happens. PEMF, non-invasive medicine, is all the rage right now and we have the goods, the ongoing research, Five (5) FDA clearances, and a stable of proven products (ref: Actipatch, RRx, Recovery+ Wave, etc.) that are marketable, highly effective, and have no side effects.
Yea, I know, spare me the admonitions of 'speculative!' or anything else. I mean, c'mon, what is the reason behind the spike of negative posters (a.b.)? Ask yourself, would the above scenarios be enough to warrant a 'silent' period of 10 months during such time negotiations are furiously ongoing? My hunch is there is a whole bunch of private messages, emails, phone calls going on between interested parties with this very same 'speculative' commentary.
