Regarding the Sree departure, srinsocal, a very respected poster on another board has possibly the correct and positive spin on his resignation. We all know that when a merger/buyout occurs, the first to go from bought out company are the top executives. They will be easily replaced by the buyout company that has that position already staffed. These details of who stays and who goes, is all part of the negotiations of buyout or merger before finalizing a deal. R&D is most definitely a MAJOR (if not THE major) department of all pharmaceuticals. So IMO there will be no need for Sree's service. All just my opinion, but makes a boatload of sense.
