Yes, if studios distance themselves by having an LLC for each production, does the HEAD OF THE STUDIO run the LLC, assisted by a couple of other officers?
No s/he does not, normally, anyway.
In the case of Amarex/NSF, they are utterly intertwined not merely because of ONE statement from the CEO, but from multiple aspects, including, as I repeatedly say, having officers of NSF RUNNING Amarex.
Please stop trying to pretend you were correct when you weren't. It gets very tiresome.
