Are those current timelines for the SOC? In other words, if we wait 3 months for more data, are we going to be 15.5 months vs 15 months?

If so, nothing will change.

I'd rather see a partner for NASH, a big cash infusion (also $80m+ from Amarex please) and focus on more cancer trials (and other trials) that are big enough to get an approval via BLA.
