So let’s say the cancer patients live 16 months total vs the SOC of 12 months ? What is the FDA going to do ? Say no it’s not good enough. Doubtful….
I don’t think he brushed BTD off. His team thought submission of the cancer data was a good idea. Makes sense because we have data as good if not better than the SOC.
Although cancer BTD might be another 3-6 months off , the data was good, but not good enough “YET” for the FDA . At some point I hope In the next month or so we will find out who’s still alive in the cancer trial.
So yea BTD is a no go right this second. Annoying but if you take a step back I think it made sense to apply now.
Too bad the FDA is clearly in bed with BP and will do anything to hold us off. Eventually the FDA will have to grant us BTD if we have cancer patients waking around 16 months later. Hopefully that is the case.
