We are a "juicy appealing target" for shorts.
Pre-revenue OTC small float stock.
But why hit us when good news comes out?
1) good news comes out
2) weak handed longs who had sold, come back in
3) some new investors come in, hoping for the big swing up
4) day traders come in to make a quick buck
5) after 1-4, the shorts, short
6) folks in numbers 2-4 panic sell for a loss
7) even after shorts cover, the sp may be below where it started
