this whole NASH PR episode is a perfect example of

First, we're given a timeline for a big release of information. Timeline missed - ok, fine, not a big deal. Then the PR hits, and upon reading it, i get really excited, text my friends, etc. of the "great news".
Then the stock tanks, which doesn't make any sense - how can the stock tank that badly (down over -10% on top of a -83% decline the preceding 12 months) on "great news"?!?
Then over the next day or so, it becomes clear that maybe the data isn't that great - or that it's not the complete data we had hoped for. Or, maybe it isn't even news at all - but re-hashed data from before?
I realize i may not be the smartest guy in the world, but i've been following this company for several years - and know a good amount about the product, so i'm not some newbie off the street. i've also defended the team many times over the years - so i'm no basher. The fact that i cannot make heads nor tails of a PR that we've been waiting for on one of the biggest markets we're chasing is incredibly frustrating. And maybe it's one of the reasons that the market has chopped fully 85% off of the value of this company over the last year.
