Well, you may be right, maybe there is no investigation currently going on and Joe/company officials are hiding behind that excuse to hide what really is going on. If true, then we appear to be worse off than folks think. Obviously, there is no way we can verify whether there is an investigation(s) going on or not. I never thought I'd say this, I'd rather there be an investigation going on. I will say this though, since I've communicated with Joe, he made it clear there is an investigation going on. So, the dilemma is, should we believe him or not. Regardless, things are not looking good here in GNBT/NGIO land.
