Honestly Zoli, I don't need a final report from the company to see that something is going wrong with this company.
You can no longer send mail to the company address. This will be sent back and that has nothing to do with trouble with the landlord. That alone is a declaration of bankruptcy.
Reports will not be submitted despite deadlines. The SEC explains that the company can, but does not, provide information.
In addition, there is the breakdown series with Veneto and Creek Mountain and in the course of this most likely the NUGX disaster.
Mice breakdown etc ......
The mistakes pile up at the height of a skyscraper and at some point it collapses with so much ineptitude from the leadership.
The evidence is so overwhelming!
