I'm sure their might be an indirect relationship but raising cap for pacroots but its for Patroots nothing more. private placements are common and convenient because you get preferred shares outside the open market usually at a discount. that's the incentive. but u need a min investment amt like 10 or 20k to be eligeable for eg. The jan 15 date for the placement wont coincide with anything unvc is doing.
