i got a reply from Chris the VP of UNVC this morning which was very interesting they are having a general meeting on the 14th and something that really stood out from these messages is the word “PRIVATE PLACEMENT” let me know your thoughts.
This is what I said
“ Hey Chris idk if i’m allowed to ask this but what’s next after the new symbol for pacroots after it takes place on the 27th would love to know ! Merry Christmas!”
he replied with
“ Just a symbol change ... AGM on 14th Jan .... private placement.... already announced”
Here’s what i found out private placement means -A private placement is a sale of stock shares or bonds to pre-selected investors and institutions rather than on the open market. It is an alternative to an initial public offering (IPO) for a company seeking to raise capital for expansion.
The way i see this if Chris the VP of Unvc and CEO of pacroots is taking his company to dollars by January I wouldn’t be surprised if our timelines aren’t too far apart. Doc did say they were doing business together, can’t wait to see this play out !
