Again... that is a pretty serious accusation because your definition requires "intent"... Are you trying to tell me you know with all certainty that there is intent?
Once we know for sure what is going on and IF we get verification of their intent being in line with your definition then I will agree with you 100%, but until we get actual facts on what is going on everything is speculation and conjecture.
