when Moscato would have replied "things are different now .... I will not go to jail"? I looked at the posts of mmpjoe, assuming it is made by him, the last ones date back to June and I have not found such a statement ...
on what occasion can a company be prohibited from any form of communication even to its shareholders, probably also blocking its activities, but at the same time allowing it to trade regularly? if so, what protection do the shareholders of a company have??
