Let's all look at this from a "common sense" point

Let's all look at this from a "common sense" point. At one point Joe says the company has been under "investigation" for two years. Most folks never knew that because there didn't appear to be any obvious restrictions. For approximately the past six months they have been restricted from doing just about anything. When I told Joe they need to update shareholders he said "things are different now" and "I'm not going to jail". As Joe said "it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what's going on now". This investigation appears to have edged into "criminal" IMHO. I won't elaborate on that anymore. But, back to my "common sense" point. It's obvious to the most casual observer, the investigator(s) must have found something serious enough to justify enforcing the company to remain "quiet". There is no other explanation for their behavior IMHO. I've seen this with another company and folks continued to hold out help even when the company remained quiet. That company remains dead today. Folks lost a ton of money. So, whether one is pro-company or not, this is very very concerning. Anyways, GLTA!
